About deposit

Dear Customer.

As we are selling our parts on exchange basis we are charging our customers for the ”Refundable Deposit” for each purchased turbocharger on our website. The customer has to send the old turbocharger from his vehicle back to us to receive a refund for the Deposit. Refund for the deposit might take up to 7 days from receiving the old turbo.

Every single company which sells that parts charge customers for the deposit, the only situations where this charge doesn’t apply is when you are buying cheap Chinese part which aren’t genuine or a brand new part which are really expensive. There are few conditions old turbo must meet:

• Turbo has to be returned within 21 days of the purchase otherwise we will keep the deposit.
• Turbocharger must be genuine part, we are not accepting aftermarket or Chinese turbos back for the exchange, this will result in deposit being charged fully. The part has to be collected within 7 days after it gets rejected otherwise it will be destroyed.
• If the turbo has a electronic actuator bolted on, it cannot be cracked in any way and plug must stay intact. This might result it deposit being fully or partially reversed. If the actuator is missing the deposit won’t be refunded as the turbo is not complete. Missing part should be sent in within 7 days.
• The body of the turbo cannot be cracked/broken as this is not repairable, we will then either charge the deposit partially or charge it in full to cover the costs of replacing broken parts on the turbo
